This is a "scratch & dent" unit - the inverter received some dents in transit - one on the front at the lower edge of the fan grate, a few minor dings to the fins on the back, and a ding/dent to the fins on the side (see photos). The dings in the fins do not appear to have impacted the coils - the unit has not lost any charge when checking the pressure. The dent on the front is strictly cosmetic. This unit is branded "Heat Controller" which is part of the Mars Company. Includes the Inverter (Outdoor Unit) only - Indoor unit or Line Set is NOT included. Manual is not included but we can send a PDF if needed.
