    Description

    This is a brand new unit.  The air handler was made in 2007 as well as the outside unit.  I will also include the 10kw heat strip with this unit.  I opened the unit to inspect when it was shipped, so it still has the box for air unit outside and it has side boxing for air handler and lid - it just does not have the plastic wrap (air handler came shipped with plastic around it).  If you live in the area, please contact me and I will arrange pick up time for you here in Pinehurst area (approximately 50 to 60 miles from Raleigh headed South).  If you live out of the area, you will be responsible for shipping.  This is a great unit if you have a back up heat source; but it also will have the option as a back up heat source with the heat strip. Incredible and reliable.
